Excise stamp – a document with a certain degree of protection, intended for marking alcoholic beverages and tobacco products produced in the territory of the Republic of Belarus or imported into the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
According to the Regulations on the procedure for the manufacture, sale, accounting, storage, destruction and control over the use of excise stamps, approved Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus 28.04.2008 N 618
Realization of excise stamps to legal entities is carried out if the following documents are available:
An application for the production of excise stamps sent through an interdepartmental electronic document management system (for products imported into the Republic of Belarus) or placed in an electronic data bank (for products manufactured on the territory of the Republic of Belarus);
A document confirming the official position of the head, as well as a document proving his identity (upon receipt of excise stamps by the head of the legal entity);
Power of attorney, identity document (upon receipt of excise stamps by another representative of a legal entity, except for the head)
